Fujairah fine arts Academy wins 1st and 3rd place in the International Piano Championship

The Fujairah Fine Arts  Academy   is a major achievement for the United Arab Emirates, with two students from the Music Department specializing in piano, the first and third place in the "Estrada International Pianos" which includes more than 400 pianists from all over the world.

Murray Wang was ranked first in the 5-10 year age group while Emirati student Ahad Al Ameri came in third place in the 15-20 age group under strong competition in the city of Estrada, Milan, Italy. Sole by the Fujairah Academy of Fine Arts with two age groups.

His Excellency Ali Obaid Al Hafiti, Director of the Fujairah Academy of Fine Arts, presented the achievements of the Academy to His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Hamad Al Sharqi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Fujairah, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Fujairah Academy of Fine Arts, In order to represent the UAE and Fujairah in international forums, stressing that the tournament witnessed a great club and great enthusiasm among all participants of the players from all countries of the world, within the four age groups are: 5_10 years and 10_15 years and 15_20 years and the last category of 29 and above.

Al-Hafiti praised the efforts of the piano teacher at the Academy Aldo Doto, and his role in refining the musical talents to play the piano and give the students the basic skills, pointing out that the role of the Fujairah Academy of Fine Arts is to rehabilitate a musical generation that has academic study and talent at the same time.
