Fujairah Fine Arts participates in a ceremony honoring distinguished male and female students in Kalba
The Fujairah Academy of Fine Arts participated in the ceremony honoring distinguished students for the year 2022, which was organized by the Parents’ Council of male and female students in the city of Kalba, under the slogan “Excellence,” at the headquarters of the University of Sharjah, Kalba branch. The honoring ceremony was attended by Sheikh Haitham bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Deputy Head of the Office of His Highness the Ruler in Kalba, Dr. Ali Obaid Al Zaabi, Chairman of the Parents Council, and a large audience of families of the honored students.
The opening ceremony included the participation of the Music Department at the Fujairah Academy of Fine Arts, with one of its members presenting a musical piece on the qanun instrument under the supervision of qanun teacher Omar Ziad. The Visual Arts Department also participated through the calligraphy and drawing departments with a number of artistic paintings that won the admiration of the audience.
Dr. Ali Obaid Al Zaabi extended his thanks and appreciation to the Fujairah Academy of Fine Arts for the artistic participation in the ceremony honoring the distinguished male and female students in the city of Kalba, which had a positive impact on the interaction of the attendees.
