The President of the International Mime Art Organization visits the Fujairah Arts Academy

  Marko Stojanovic, President of the International Mime Art Organization, visited the headquarters of the Fujairah Academy of Fine Arts and was received by His Excellency Ali Obaid Al Hafiti, Director General of the Academy.

This visit comes as a culmination of the efforts made by the Academy within the framework of strengthening cooperation with the International Mime Art Organization, which recently resulted in organizing a training course on mime art “physical expression” with the participation of 16 artists from the Emirate of Fujairah.

The President of the International Mime Art Organization got acquainted with the Academy’s departments, which include various musical and visual arts, and was briefed on the most prominent programs offered to its members, especially those related to the Theater Department, where he heard from those in charge of it about its most prominent plans and future activities, stressing that the International Mime Art Organization provides all the necessary capabilities to support Talents in the field of theater.

For his part, His Excellency Ali Obaid Al-Hafiti stressed the importance of spreading the culture of mime art in the emirate and attracting young people and talented actors to train them in expressive and creative body movement, by benefiting from the expertise of the International Mime Art Organization and creating an artistic platform that encourages creativity, praising the organization’s role in devoting this art, which is considered It is one of the performing arts that requires both mental and physical focus
