Under the directives of the Crown Prince of Fujairah .. Formation of the Scientific Documentation Committee for Heritage Arts in Fujairah

The directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi  Crown Prince of Fujairah and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Fujairah Academy of Fine Arts, the Fujairah Academy of Fine Arts formed the Scientific Documentation Committee for Heritage Arts in the Emirate of Fujairah to preserve the national heritage academically and professionally based on His Highness’s keenness to enrich and consolidate folk arts in memory The next generations.

The Scientific Documentation Committee for Traditional Arts consists of academic musicians and those with expertise in the field of folk art and heritage who will work to establish a mechanism for documenting and framing folk arts within scientific and academic curricula  through coordination and exchange of experiences information and data and all that pertains to the history of folk art in Fujairah.
